A full-floor fit-out for the group’s co-working brand, covering private offices, meeting rooms, shared corridors, a rooftop lounge and bespoke joinery throughout.
Green-framed glazed partitions sit against terrazzo flooring, while corridor walls carry local archive photographs and illustrations, and each room is individually named, giving a standardised workspace real character.
Residential show flatShow flat and sales gallery fit-out
Show flat and sales gallery works for a residential development, including the model display area, sample bathroom pods, a study, and full bespoke cabinetry.
Show flats demand unusually tight programmes and fine detailing. Everything has to be finished before launch, and every joint is inspected at close range by prospective buyers.
RestaurantFull restaurant fit-out
A complete fit-out for a Japanese restaurant, covering shopfront glazing, timber-batten ceilings, an open kitchen, bespoke booth seating and furniture, and a grill unit built into every table.
Restaurant works have to satisfy extraction, grease-trap, fire and hygiene requirements at once, and still finish in time for the lease commencement date.
Mini storageStorage branch fit-out
Branch fit-out works for the group’s mini storage brand, covering unit partitioning, corridors, ventilation and lighting, access control, the reception counter and signage.
Storage facilities have to be designed, built and tested in line with the building’s deed of grant and the latest Hong Kong fire safety regulations, so escape routes and sprinkler layouts need particular care.
Retail unitStrip-out, reinstatement and handover
Strip-out and reinstatement works on a retail unit at the end of its lease, removing partitions, ceilings, air-conditioning ductwork and fixed installations, and returning the premises to bare-shell condition for handover.
Reinstatement has to be completed before the lease expiry date and meet the landlord’s reinstatement standard, while keeping disruption to neighbouring tenants to a minimum.
