Crystal Sun Services Limited provides a wide range of quality works services, including renovation design and planning, custom furniture, home refurbishment, repair and maintenance (such as aluminium window, plumbing, electrical and locksmith works), and material sourcing consultancy. We serve residential premises, commercial offices, serviced apartments, large shopping malls and restaurants alike.
We employ experienced professional technical teams supported by rigorous management procedures and quality service. Regardless of the size of a job, we listen carefully to what the client wants and interpret it in the style they are after, working towards a result they are genuinely happy with.
We follow proper building specifications and select quality materials that combine function, appearance and practicality at a reasonable price. Group Structure
Crystal Sun Services Limited sits within Star Group’s “Star Properties and Services” division. Within the same division, property and facility management is handled by Star Property Management (H.K.) Limited, which holds a Property Management Company Licence issued by the Property Management Services Authority (No. C-628128), and security by Star Security Services Company Limited, which holds a Security Company Licence (Type I) issued by the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority (No. 2039).
The three teams belong to one group and share one set of service standards, so coordination between works, cleaning and property management happens internally and lines of responsibility stay clear. Beyond the group’s own projects, we also take on works and cleaning contracts for outside owners, owners’ corporations, managing agents and business operators.
